JELLO SHOTS: 8 OZ JELLO, ADD 1 CUP OF BOILING WATER & STIR. ADD ONE CUP OF COLD WATER & ADD 4 OZ VODKA. POUR INTO SHOT CUPS & REFRIGERATE.
JELLY BEAN: POUR IN A SHOT GLASS ½ OZ ANISETTE & FLOAT ½ OZ BLACKBERRY BRANDY ON TOP. CAN ALSO USE A BRANDY SNIFTER.
KAMIKAZE: FILL A COCKTAIL SHAKER WITH ICE. ADD 1 OZ VODKA, SPLASH OF LIME JUICE, & SPLASH OF TRIPLE SEC OR COINTEAU. STIR, & STRAIN INTO A SHOT GLASS OR INTO AN ICE-FILLED ROCKS GLASS.

MAI TAI: 1 ½ OZ LIGHT RUM, ½ OZ DARK RUM, DASH OF GRENADINE, & 3 OZ PINAPPLE JUICE. SHAKE 1 CUP CRACKED ICE. GARNISH PINEAPPLE WEDGE & CHERRY.
MANHATTAN: ROCKS GLASS WITH ICE, ¼ OZ SWEET VERMOUTH, 1 ½ OZ WHISKEY, & DASH ANGOSTURA. GARNISH WITH A CHERRY. DRY-USE ½ OZ DRY VERMOUTH.

SUPER MARGARITA: USE 1 ½ OZ TEQUILA, 1 ½ OZ COINTREAU, & ½ OZ FRESH LIME JUICE & FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ABOVE
BANANA MARGARITA: ADD ½ OF A RIPE BANANA, & ½ OZ BANANA LIQUEUR TO THE ABOVE RECIPE.
MARTINI STANDARD: 1 ½ OZ GIN OR VODKA. ½ OZ DRY VERMOUTH. TO MAKE IT ON THE ROCKS, FILL A ROCKS GLASS WITH ICE AND ADD THE VERMOUTH & GIN OR VODKA. STIR GENTLY & GARNISH WITH AN OLIVE & OR A LEMON TWIST. IF THE MARTINI IS STRAIGHT UP, FILL A SHAKER WITH ICE, ADD INGREDIENTS, STIR & STRAIN INTO A COCKTAIL GLASS. GARNISH WITH AN OLIVE, OR LEMON TWIST.
VERY DRY VERMOUTH: TWO DASHES DRY VERMOUTH INTO A COCKTAIL OR ROCKS GLASS, THEN POUR THE VERMOUTH OUT OF THE GLASS. IF ON THE ROCKS, FILL THE GLASS WITH ICE & ADD THE GIN OR VODKA. MELON BALL: COMBINE 1 OZ MIDORI MELON LIQUEUR, ½ OZ VODKA, & 2 OZ ORANGE JUICE (OR PINEAPPLE OR GRAPEFRUIT JUICE) SHAKE WITH ICE. STRAIN INTO A SMALL SNIFTER. GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE SLICE, PINEAPPLE STICK OR CHERRY.
